Office Space Cleaning Checklist (Required Upon Exit)
To ensure the space remains clean, professional, and ready for the next booking, please complete all steps below before leaving. Cleaning supplies are provided (wipes, disinfectant spray, mini vacuum).
Before You Exit
☐ Gather all personal items and belongings
☐ Ensure all furnishings and items are returned to their original placement
Surface Cleaning & Disinfecting
☐ Wipe down all surfaces using provided wipes or disinfectant spray, including:
Desk
Tables
Chairs (arms, backs, and seats)
Door handles (inside and outside)
Light switches
Any surfaces touched during use
☐ Disinfect the entire room, including furniture and high-touch areas
Floor Care
☐ Use the mini vacuum to clean the floor and remove any debris, dirt, or crumbs
Trash Removal
☐ Remove all trash from the office
☐ Empty trash in the dumpster located on the side of the building
Dumpster is in the shared parking lot with McDonald’s
☐ Do not leave trash in the office trash can
Final Check:
☐ Confirm the space looks the same as it did upon arrival
☐ Lights turned off
☐ Door securely closed/locked (if applicable)
Failure to complete the cleaning checklist may result in an additional cleaning fee.
