Before each event, we carefully sanitize all surfaces, arrange tables and chairs, and prepare restrooms with fully stocked essentials. During your event, our staff monitors high-traffic areas, promptly addresses spills, and maintains a pristine environment. After the event, we thoroughly clean and disinfect every corner of the venue, from floors and furniture to restrooms, leaving the space ready for the next celebration. Regular deep-cleaning routines, including carpet care and window cleaning, guarantee a consistently polished and safe environment for all our guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
