The studio is professionally cleaned and disinfected between bookings in line with local health guidelines. High-touch surfaces are sanitized, soft materials are cleaned or removed, and bookings are spaced to allow for thorough cleaning and ventilation. We provide disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer, and disposable protective items upon request. Capacity is managed appropriately, with outdoor air access, HEPA filtration, and a layout that allows for comfortable spacing. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
