The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every rental to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. All tables, chairs, benches, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized between bookings. Restrooms are cleaned, stocked, and sanitized prior to each rental. Floors are swept and cleaned regularly. Hand soap and paper towels are provided in the restroom. Guests are asked to leave the space reasonably tidy at the end of their rental. This includes removing personal items, décor, and trash. Any excessive mess or spills beyond normal use may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
