To ensure every guest enters a spotless environment, we follow a rigorous turnover protocol: Pro-Grade Refresh: After every single booking, our professional cleaning crew performs a deep-clean of the entire property. We don't just "tidy up"—we sanitize. The Chef’s Standard: Since our kitchen is a hub for tastings and private dinners, we pay extra attention to all food-prep surfaces, ensuring they are scrubbed and sanitized to a professional culinary standard. High-Touch Detail: We focus on the details—from disinfecting all handles and switches to ensuring the mural wall and designer furniture are dust-free and camera-ready. Backyard Beauty: The outdoor space is swept and organized after every event, so your guests can enjoy the fresh air without the clutter. A Note to Our Guests: While we handle the heavy lifting of the professional deep clean, we kindly ask that you leave the space in a "respectful" state (picking up major trash and clearing out your catering leftovers). Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
