Cleaning & Sanitization We take cleanliness and safety seriously and prepare the space carefully before and after every reservation. Before each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including all high-touch surfaces such as door handles, tables, counters, restrooms, and commonly used areas. Floors are swept and mopped, and trash is removed between guests. All restrooms are fully stocked and cleaned prior to each event. The indoor party space is reset to ensure a clean, welcoming environment upon arrival. After each event, our team completes a full post-event cleaning to prepare the space for the next guest. We kindly ask guests to leave the space in generally tidy condition by placing trash in the provided receptacles and returning furniture or equipment to its original location.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
