Health and Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before each booking to ensure a comfortable and professional environment. High-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, microphones, headphones, and door handles are wiped down and sanitized between guests. Floors are regularly cleaned, trash is removed, and all recording areas are reset to a clean, ready-to-use condition prior to arrival. Equipment is carefully maintained to ensure both cleanliness and functionality. Guests are asked to help maintain the space during their booking by keeping food and drinks away from equipment, disposing of trash properly, and returning the studio to its original setup at the end of the session. This shared responsibility helps keep the studio welcoming and production-ready for every guest.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
