Our space is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each booking in alignment with local health authority guidelines. High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are thoroughly sanitized, soft and porous materials are properly cleaned or removed, and bookings are intentionally spaced to allow for enhanced cleaning and air circulation. These measures ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for all events and gatherings.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
