The Grand Living Room offers just under 3,000 sq. ft. of open space, featuring finished concrete floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. With dark walls and a dark ceiling, it’s a versatile setting perfect for almost anything you can imagine. Host a company meeting, run a class, set up for a photoshoot, or record a podcast—whatever you need, we can make it happen. This is a clean area with low personal traffic. We keep our areas clean and sanitized. We cultivate the space to your needs so please let us know of any special cleaning needs you may have.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
