Inside, you’ll find wide hallways, multiple bedrooms, a large kitchen, eerie empty rooms, and dramatic natural light. It genuinely feels abandoned — no set building required. This is an abandoned property. It will not be spotless and may contain dust, debris, or unfinished areas (this is the charm of this space). The space is provided as-is. Between bookings we perform safety cleaning only. Renter Responsibilities If you bring it, install it, or create it — you must remove and clean it before leaving. This includes: • confetti, fake snow, dirt, sand, glitter • tape, decals, and adhesives • props, set dressing, decorations • spills, fake blood, makeup, food and drink mess • trash and packing materials All walls, floors, ceilings, and fixtures must be returned to their original condition. Not Allowed • permanent adhesives, nails, screws, paint, staining • materials that cause staining or residue without permission • leaving behind props, trash, or set pieces Extra cleaning or repairs caused by the production will be billed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
