Before the Event

Inspect space – check for damages, trash, or maintenance issues.
Dust & wipe all surfaces (counters, tables, chairs, décor).
Sweep/mop/vacuum floors.
Clean and restock restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, soap, toilet paper, paper towels). Empty trash bins and replace with fresh liners.
Use air freshener if needed.
During the Event (Light Maintenance)

Check and empty overflowing trash bins.
Wipe and restock restrooms every hour or as needed. Immediately clean spills to prevent accidents.
After the Event

Collect and remove all trash, recycling, and food waste.
Clean and sanitize trash bins; replace liners.
Wipe down tables and chairs with disinfectant; fold/stack/store if needed.
Sweep/vacuum floors and mop hard surfaces.
Spot clean carpets if stained.
Deep clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, doors, handles).
Wipe and sanitize kitchen/concession counters and appliances.
Empty and clean concession machines (popcorn, cotton candy, snow cone, hot dog roller). Wipe mirrors/windows.
Reset furniture layout.
Turn off lights and equipment, lock up, and set alarm.
