The space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every booking. All surfaces, seating areas, and high-touch points are wiped down and inspected prior to guest arrival. Outdoor pathways, furniture, and common areas are cleared and maintained to ensure a clean, presentable environment. Additional cleaning is performed as needed between bookings to maintain a high standard for every guest.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
