Layout
This industrial arts studio sits inside a 150-year-old repurposed factory warehouse mere minutes from Temple University. A dedicated waiting room area leads to 850 sq ft of elevated industrial aesthetic with 14-foot ceilings, hardwood finished floors, and abundant natural light, ideal for movement, photography, and creative facilitation. The layout is intentionally minimal yet purposeful so you can adapt the room to your needs.
The main studio is a large rectangular room with polished hardwood flooring, a center floor-to-ceiling wooden beam, five large windows, and a curated "living room" area. A dedicated side area stores chairs, tables, and props, keeping the primary floor unobstructed. A moveable curtain system allows quick space division or backdrop creation when needed.
An additional waiting room provides a comfortable area for clients, students, or collaborators to prepare before entering the studio with lockers, a coat rack, microwave, kettle, and mini fridge.
