ABOUT THIS SPACE We believe that art belongs where people gather. At 2011 Magazine Street, we've built a space that proves it — 4,000 square feet where working studios, curated exhibitions, and your event share the same breathing room. This isn't a blank canvas. It's a space with memory. The exposed brick walls at 2011 Magazine Street have absorbed thirty years of conversation. The wood floors carry the rhythm of footsteps from gallery openings, wedding receptions, nonprofit fundraisers, and late-night studio sessions. When 150 people fill this room, the acoustics warm — not echo — because brick and timber do what drywall cannot. The pricing: All-inclusive: starting at $45/person/hour (planning your event for you from A-Z) Space-only: $230–$460/hour (flexibility for self-directed planners) What works here: Birthday parties. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
