It's a space with memory. The exposed brick walls at 2011 Magazine Street have absorbed thirty years of conversation. The wood floors carry the rhythm of footsteps from gallery openings, wedding receptions, nonprofit fundraisers, and late-night studio sessions. When 150 people fill this room, the acoustics warm — not echo — because brick and timber do what drywall cannot.
