Health and Safety Measures

We take great care in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every booking. Before and after each event, the space is thoroughly cleaned and reset using clean-ingredient, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for guests, families, and the environment. High-touch surfaces—including door handles, tables, seating areas, restrooms, and kitchen surfaces—are carefully wiped down and sanitized. Floors are swept and mopped, restrooms are fully refreshed, and all common areas are returned to their original layout to ensure the space feels calm, polished, and ready for your arrival. We intentionally use gentle yet effective cleaning products to maintain indoor air quality and support a healthier experience for guests hosting intimate gatherings, creative sessions, and mindful events. Our goal is simple: for you and your guests to walk into a space that feels clean, cared for, and thoughtfully prepared—every time.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
