Step into 1,100 square feet of inspiration at the Modern Vintage Marketplace’s Events Space— a bright, versatile, and stylish space designed for makers, sellers, teachers, and dreamers of every kind. Whether you're planning a boutique vendor pop-up, hosting a hands-on class, organizing a garage or estate sale, or gathering your team for a business meeting with personality, our Events Space gives your ideas the room they deserve to shine. Located inside Modern Vintage Marketplace, this space sits at the heart of a truly unique destination — one that blends creativity, community, and culture. Your guests can enjoy an atmosphere filled with vintage and modern treasures, a cozy music lounge, a stunning 240-foot mural, and the incredible craftsmanship of 30 local artisans. Hosting your event here means your experience begins the moment you walk through the door. And the best part? It’s extremely affordable — just $250 per day. Rental includes 12 tables and tablecloths, 50 chairs, Wi-Fi, power, rolling white board, fridge, bottled waters, and more!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
