This welcoming community art gallery is a creative, flexible space designed to bring people together through art, culture, and connection. Perfect for art shows, community meetings, workshops, pop-up shops, youth programs, networking events, photoshoots, private gatherings, and small receptions, the space is rooted in creativity and neighborhood energy. When you enter, you walk directly into the first gallery room, which serves as the main exhibition and gathering area. This layout is ideal for guest check-in, featured displays, vendor tables, or opening installations. From there, the space flows into a second room that works well for additional exhibits, breakout sessions, workshops, or seating. The third room provides even more flexibility and can be used for interactive activities, storage, private meetings, or additional displays. At the back of the space is a small kitchen area, perfect for light catering, refreshments, or event prep. The layout allows for natural movement between rooms, making it easy to host multi-section events, rotate guests through experiences, or create distinct zones for different activities. The gallery features clean walls for displaying artwork, warm lighting, and an open, adaptable layout that can be rearranged to fit your event’s needs. Health and Safety Measures

Our space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every booking to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces including door handles, tables, counters, light switches, restrooms, and seating areas are disinfected using commercial-grade cleaning products. Floors are swept and mopped, trash is removed, and all gallery rooms are reset before each event. The kitchen area is cleaned and sanitized after every use, including countertops, sinks, and prep surfaces. We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space for our community and guests, and we follow a consistent cleaning routine to ensure the gallery is always event-ready. Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available on-site for guest use, and we encourage all guests to be mindful and respectful of the space.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
