This boutique photo studio is located in a historic downtown Snohomish building and is thoughtfully designed for portrait photography, branding sessions, editorial shoots, boudoir, and content creation. With multiple styled sets, natural architectural character, and abundant natural light, the space allows for a wide variety of looks within a single booking. Featured sets and areas include: • Garden Room-Bathtub Set (Dry): A decorative bathtub set designed for editorial and conceptual photography. The tub is dry only (not plumbed), making it ideal for styled shoots without water or cleanup. • Garden Room-Giant Rose Flower Wall: A striking oversized rose installation that serves as a statement backdrop for portraits, branding sessions, and creative content. • Bedroom Set (Bridgerton-Inspired): A romantic, vintage-inspired bedroom with soft textures and classic details. The set includes a bed, a blue velvet sofa, and our book wall. Perfect for cinematic portraits and editorial storytelling. • Tiger Room: A bold, moody space featuring a luxury green velvet sofa and maximalist styling, ideal for high-impact editorial work and creative portraits. • Rotating Transition Set: A seasonal set that changes throughout the year, offering fresh styling and visual variety. Red Room Nov-Feb, Luxe Goddess Mar-Aug, Something Wicking Aug-Oct. Availability and design vary by season. The studio also features floor-to-ceiling windows that provide beautiful natural light throughout the day, as well as exposed natural brick and historic architectural details that add warmth and texture to images. Additional amenities include a private hallway, waiting area for clients, space for your hair and makeup artists to set up, and a private bathroom. The layout allows small teams to work comfortably while maintaining a calm, professional flow. This space works best for photo and video shoots with small crews and is not suitable for parties or large events. The studio is intentionally curated to support focused creative work in a professional environment.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The studio is thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking to maintain a clean, professional environment for all guests. Our cleaning procedures include: Dusting all surfaces, furniture, and high-touch areas Vacuuming and spot-cleaning floors and rugs Disinfecting door handles, light switches, bathroom surfaces, and commonly touched areas Emptying all trash and replacing liners Resetting furniture and sets to their original configuration Cleaning products are used according to manufacturer guidelines, and extra care is taken in shared spaces such as the bathroom and entry areas. Guests are asked to leave the studio in the condition it was found. Any excessive mess or additional cleaning required beyond standard turnover may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
