About Coconutmeat Studios
Coconutmeat Studios is a unique pink 1930s vintage home built where Las Vegas began, in the heart of downtown. This space works great for photoshoots, film, music videos, and more! The living room is accentuated by a unique fireplace, with rare arched windows, and art deco sconces. * CURRENTLY DECORATED HOLIDAY THEMED- Please just let us know if you'd like us to remove it. Next is the piano room with a piano accented by a lovely red and pink wallpaper. Going further you'll find an archway hallway with blue wallpaper, and a beautiful vintage peacock chair. Moving into the bedroom you will find a new motif with green wainscoting and soft ethereal pink paint to bring it all together. This room includes a vintage vanity and floral wallpaper. There is also a checkered floor with a dining table but *THIS ROOM HAS FAKE TILE- IT HAS BEEN DAMAGED AND HAS HOLES. And we can't forget the cute blue bathroom! (there is NO shower).

Bookings are spaced a part to ensure each booking is safe and clean. -Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. -Disinfecting high-touch surfaces. -Cleaning bathrooms, and entrances. -Providing a handwashing station with soap and water or 60%+ alcohol hand sanitizer. -Removing garbage and adding fresh liners to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
