With privacy, scale, and design at the forefront, every inch of this home has been curated to create an elevated experience that feels both luxurious and grounding. Whether you’re gathering for a group retreat, a family getaway, or a peaceful creative recharge, this villa is your spacious, private desert escape. The entire property is yours to enjoy! Please note that there are closets in the upstairs hallway and downstairs hallway being used for storage for supplies for the rental that are locked to guests. There is also a vacant Guesthouse to the north that is part of the property that is locked to guests that will eventually be part of Stargate once it's furnished, and a few storage sheds that direction as well.

We follow a thorough cleaning process after every stay. Our professional team sanitizes high-touch surfaces, deep-cleans kitchens and bathrooms, launders all linens and towels, and inspects the home to ensure it’s clean, safe, and ready for your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
