Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure a professional and comfortable environment for every guest. The Media Room is cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking. High-touch surfaces (microphones, tables, headphones, doorknobs) are disinfected using hospital-grade cleaners. Equipment such as cameras, chairs, and cables are wiped down regularly. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available in the room for your use. The space is professionally deep-cleaned on a regular schedule. We kindly ask all guests to return the room in the condition it was found and to notify us immediately if any spills or issues occur during your session.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
