Cleaning & Shared Space Standards Our space operates as a collaborative, co-working–friendly environment. To keep the space productive, comfortable, and professional for everyone, we follow a structured, recurring cleaning process throughout the day. Daily & Ongoing Cleaning Includes: Scheduled cleaning of shared work areas, lounges, and restrooms Disinfection of high-touch surfaces (desks, chairs, door handles, switches, kitchen surfaces) Kitchen and coffee station reset multiple times per day Trash and recycling removal on a rolling basis Floor care in high-traffic areas to maintain a clean, professional feel Between Guest Transitions: Workstations are wiped down and reset. Restrooms and common areas are refreshed and restocked. Any reported issues are addressed immediately to minimize disruption. We ask all guests to be mindful of shared spaces and leave areas as they found them. This mutual respect allows everyone to move in and out seamlessly while maintaining a polished, productive atmosphere. Our goal is simple: a clean, reliable workspace that stays ready no matter who’s coming or going.
