Book your reservation according to the hours of occupancy FURNITURE INCLUDED - 100 Black Folding Chairs, Linens upon request at cost - 14 60” round tables, Linens upon request at cost - 6 6' long tables, Linens upon request at cost - You may bring in your own chairs/tables, but they must be removed by the end of your rental AUDIO/VISUAL -Bluetooth-capable speaker - HD Smart TV - WIFI available KITCHEN -Microwave -Full-Size Refrigerator - No cooking on-site, use of warmers is permitted ADDITIONS AVAILABLE - Grass wall for selfies, can be decorated to meet your needs - Charger plates (colors limited) at cost DECOR RULES - No drilling/hammering on the walls or ceilings (use stick and pull - no damage to walls) - NO confetti or Glitter/confetti balloons (will result in forfeiting deposit) CLEANING EXPECTATIONS - Remove all belongings that you bring into the space (including: decor, balloons, food, drinks, boxes and all trash including bathroom trash) - Put trash inside the dumpster as indicated during check in - We provide trash bags AVAILABILITY - We book several events on weekends. The space is professionally cleaned after each event. You are responsible for disposing of any decor, food and emptying all trashcans on site.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
