This home is full of original wood work and stained glass, with very high ceilings. The first floor is a large foyer with an elegant stair case, and flows into a sitting room (living room) and dining room. It makes a wonderful backdrop for seated interviews when a period-home look is desired. The staircase is visible from the foyer all the way up to the 3rd floor, so there are great staircase shots as well. It's a 4000 sq fit 7-bedroom home (all on the 2nd and 3rd floors), available for lodging on Airbnb or VRBO. The kitchen is open and spacious. Overall, the house has a darker, moody feel, but is so charming! Booking for overnight accomodations should be done on Airbnb or VRBO. This listing is for day use for filming. Nothing may be taped to wood work or pinned/nailed into plaster walls.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
