The kitchen has a large island and a table that comfortably seats 10. The living room has soft seating for 10. The outdoor space has four tables for a total seating of 10 plus four sun chairs. The primary bedroom provides quite space with 1 lounge chair and access to the primary bathroom. The office has an 8' sofa, a lounge chair, desk, desk chair, bistro table, and 2 chairs. Both rooms are good for break-out sessions.
While I regularly host off-site meetings and productions, I am very particular about event rentals and diligently question all requests. All booking requests must have prior 5 star reviews.
