Located in the heart of Little Portugal, one of Toronto’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, this studio combines style, functionality, and comfort. Located on the 3rd floor of a beautifully renovated building, the 800 sf studio has soaring exposed ceilings, white brick walls, and original hardwood flooring, giving the space an airy, but warm feeling. Bathed in natural light from a large south-facing window and overhead skylight, the studio has a clean creative industrial look softened by plenty of greenery throughout. A small balcony overlooking Dundas St. adds a breath of fresh air, ideal for fresh-air breaks or quick creative resets. The space features a modular group of tables that can be arranged for collaborative work or individual stations, as well as a small sitting area for a more intimate setting. It’s equipped with a TV, projector and screen, and wireless speaker, perfect for presentations or media displays. Whether you're hosting a hands-on workshop, creative meeting, styled photo shoot, or small social gathering, this studio offers a beautiful and flexible environment to bring your ideas to life. There is paid street parking on Dundas and residential parking on the surrounding streets. Please note, we are not wheelchair accessible, and are located on the 3rd floor.
