Hosting a baby shower, Girls Night In, Game Day party or holiday meal? This home provides ample space to accommodate large groups or intimate gatherings. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house has a full size kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and convection oven. The two separate entertainment areas allow for flexibility. Both living spaces are equipped with 55” smart TVs and each bedroom has a 40” smart TV. The dining room has seating for 4 but can easily be converted for seating up to 12. Seamless flooring throughout the space provides for ideal mobility. Additional tables and chairs are available to rent during your event.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
