The space is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to every booking. • All indoor and outdoor areas are reset, inspected, and prepared to ensure a clean, polished presentation upon arrival. • High-touch surfaces, bathrooms, seating areas, and commonly used amenities are thoroughly disinfected before each booking. • The pool area, outdoor kitchen, and entertainment room are cleaned, organized, and staged prior to guest arrival. • Trash bins are emptied, surfaces are wiped down, and floors are cleaned as part of standard preparation. • After each booking, the space is fully reset and re-cleaned to maintain consistent quality for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
