About the Space
This is a one-of-a-kind luxury barn, newly built in 2023, designed with both beauty and functionality in mind. The space offers a warm, refined atmosphere that feels more like a high-end retreat than a traditional barn. The interior features fully finished wood throughout, herringbone-designed flooring, elegant chandeliers, and a stunning viewing room complete with a custom kitchen and a fireplace. The barn also includes a dedicated tack room and a 80’ x 140’ fully insulated and heated riding arena, making it comfortable and usable year-round. The entire structure is insulated and climate-controlled, allowing for shoots in any season. The exterior is equally impressive, finished in beautiful field stone with rounded wood doors, creating a timeless, upscale aesthetic that photographs exceptionally well. Horses are currently housed in the barn and can be included in your shoot for an additional fee (please contact us directly if you wish to have the horses present). If you prefer the space without horses, they will be relocated to the paddocks prior to your arrival for the day. This is a luxury, unique setting ideal for photo shoots and video productions only. No large parties are permitted, and no alcohol is allowed on the property. Please note that this is an active barn environment. While the space is professionally cleaned prior to each booking, it is still a facility that houses horses. Guests should expect natural barn elements, including the presence of horse-related odors, as well as some dust or dirt typical of an animal environment. This space is not intended to be “eat-off-the-floor” clean. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept that light dust, dirt, and barn-related smells may be present as part of the authentic experience of a working luxury barn.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
