The studio functions fully as a standard private gym and movement space, with the option to enable a professionally managed simulated-altitude environment. Altitude is optional and never active by default, making the space equally suitable for traditional workouts, wellness-based practices, and advanced endurance training.

PRICING
• Standard studio rental: hourly rate
• Optional altitude use: +$25 per hour (by prior approval only)
Altitude pricing applies only when altitude is actively in use.
