San Felipe offers a flexible indoor-outdoor layout designed for intimate gatherings, workshops, wellness experiences, productions, and private events. Each area of the venue can be styled or adjusted to support the flow and purpose of your booking. INDOOR SPACES Kitchen The kitchen features a spacious 8-foot island that naturally becomes the heart of the space. It is ideal for buffet-style food service, grazing tables, catered brunches, cooking demonstrations, welcome drinks, coffee or tea stations, dessert displays, and casual mingling. A 6-foot buffet table is also available and can serve as a drink station, dessert table, coffee bar, gift display, or additional serving area. For wellness or workshop-style events, this area can also serve as a refreshment station with infused water, tea, snacks, or light post-session bites. Versatile Room This indoor room is approximately 200+ square feet and offers a more private setting within the venue. When left open, it is suitable for more seating for dining, massage, small wellness sessions, sound healing, meditation, breakout groups, kids’ activities, vendor stations, gift tables, private prep, or a quiet room for guests. The room also includes a TV, making it useful for presentations, slideshows, guided visuals, instructional content, or small group workshops. Dining Area The dining area can be arranged to fit the style of the event. For a more relaxed setup, the lounge sofa and two oversized chairs may be moved into this area to create a cozy social lounge. When more open space or seating is needed, the area can be cleared for additional dining tables, workshop tables, creative classes, seated activities, board meetings, team gatherings, brunch setups, or intimate dinner parties. OUTDOOR SPACE Patio The patio creates an open-air extension of the indoor space and is a beautiful area for guest mingling. Two outdoor patio umbrellas are available for sunny daytime bookings, and the patio becomes naturally shaded after approximately 4:00pm. Covered Deck The covered deck provides additional outdoor space with added comfort for both warm and cooler weather. It includes two ceiling-mounted fans for warmer days and two ceiling-mounted heaters for colder evenings. This area is ideal for yoga, Pilates, sound baths, meditation, breathwork, outdoor dining, long table setups, paint nights, workshops, small ceremonies, networking events, styled photo shoots, vendor pop-ups, and other creative activities. Together, the kitchen, versatile room, dining area, patio, and covered deck allow hosts to create a gathering that feels intentional, comfortable, and tailored to their event. On-site parking is available for approximately 16–20 vehicles with strategic parking. Complimentary tours are available and recommended for hosts who would like to view the space before booking. San Felipe Venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every reservation. All high-touch surfaces and flat areas are disinfected, the restroom is deep cleaned and sanitized, and all floors are swept and mopped to ensure the space is fresh and ready for each guest. We take cleanliness seriously and maintain a consistent, professional cleaning process to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all gatherings.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
