Some of our amenities include: * Large screen TV with HDMI compatibility and integrations to apps like Spotify and Netflix * Dedicated, spacious restroom * Separate kitchen sink in main room * Microwave for reheating outside food * Refrigerator for keeping outside food and non-alcoholic beverages chilled * Vintage restored pool table that can be transformed into an additional serving table if needed (just let us know) * Entryway seating that can serve as a check-in space for your event. * Free and ample parking in a neatly-kept industrial park * A variety of comfortable lounge seating. Additional chairs are also available on request * Friendly, welcoming staff who want to make sure your event is a success.

Despite being a small business we stay on top of our janitorial duties, including cleaning the bathrooms, washing the floors, disinfecting tables and other surfaces, and proper food and beverage safety. We want our spaces to be comfortable to guests and that includes cleanliness.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
