Our Cleaning Process We take cleanliness and a welcoming environment seriously, especially in a shared mixed-use building like Este Condominiums. Between Bookings: The space receives a full professional clean after every event. This includes: Sweeping and mopping the polished concrete floors Dusting high surfaces, window sills, and exposed ducts Wiping down all provided tables, chairs, and any touchpoints Sanitizing the private in-unit bathroom (handles, fixtures, sink, toilet) Emptying trash/recycling bins and replacing liners Spot-cleaning walls, doors, and windows as needed Airing out the space (opening windows when weather allows) to keep it fresh Your Responsibility During/After Your Booking: Basic tidying is expected: please return furniture to the original setup (or as close as possible), gather and bag your trash, and wipe up any spills or crumbs. Leave the space in the condition you found it (or better). This helps us maintain quick turnarounds and keeps costs low for everyone. If your event involves food/drinks, please remove all food waste, packaging, and containers—do not leave perishables behind. We aim for the space to feel pristine and ready for your focused, creative session every time. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
