Vintage 1970s Williamsburg loft-style production studio with 4,000 sq ft of flexible space, 16-ft ceilings, and a 20’ × 20’ × 16’ white cyc wall. The studio has an open industrial layout (exposed concrete ceiling + columns) with multiple zones that make full day shoots easy: a large shooting area on the cyc, a comfortable lounge/client holding area, and a full kitchen. Layout / zones • Cyc stage: 20’×20’×16’ white cyclorama with plenty of room for lighting and crew movement • Open loft floor: roomy staging space for carts, wardrobe racks, set pieces, and gear • Client / lounge area: cozy seating + soft furnishings for holding, video village, or downtime • Kitchen + dining: full kitchen setup for craft services, catering, or styling • Bathrooms + getting-ready: two full bathrooms + shower (great for talent prep) • Laundry: on-site laundry for wardrobe needs

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We clean and reset the studio between bookings. High-touch surfaces (doorknobs, counters, bathroom fixtures) are disinfected, floors are swept/mopped as needed, and trash is removed. The cyc is spot-checked after every shoot, and repainting/reset is available if you need a fresh white finish.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
