Natural light and a small umbrella lighting kit available. Located on a private residential property with dogs and an active recording studio (Studio45b). Best for small teams; some furniture is delicate. *This is our home. We do have dogs in the home, but they don't spend time in this space. You may hear ambient sounds from dogs in the home*
