Located in the historic Sparks-Engleman Building in the Heart of Downtown Vancouver's Arts District, Our 3rd Space is the perfect location for your next meeting, workshop, or class. Featuring an open floor plan, we also offer a range of amenities such as a 180-inch projector screen, Wi-fi, sound equipment, tables, chairs, and an attached prep kitchen for refreshments. We have everything you need to make your meeting, workshop, presentation, or business mixer a success!

Our 3rd Space takes the health and well-being of our guests seriously. We provide masks, sanitary wipes, and hand sanitizer in common areas, we thoroughly clean the venue before and after all bookings, and have adequate ventilation throughout the venue.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
