Event Rental Cleaning Process Overview (Summary) Purpose: Ensure all rental items are clean, safe, inspected, and ready for the next event. Process Summary Intake & Check-In – Receive items, verify against order, note damage or missing pieces, and sort by category. Pre-Cleaning Sort – Separate by material and soil level; remove debris and tag damaged items. Cleaning & Sanitization – Clean items using approved methods for linens, hard goods, and specialty items; sanitize high-touch and food-contact surfaces. Quality Inspection – Inspect for cleanliness and damage; re-clean or remove items as needed. Repair & Reporting – Route damaged items for repair or replacement and update inventory records. Packaging & Storage – Properly wrap, organize, and store items in clean inventory areas. Ready-for-Rental – Mark items as available and stage for upcoming events. Standards: Follow approved products, safety guidelines, and quality expectations to ensure consistent, professional results.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
