About the Space
The house has an open layout and flow. The kitchen, family room, dining room, and great room have been used for advertisement in the past. The backyard has outdoor seating, outdoor lighting, and a deck that creates an indoor to outdoor space. No parties allowed on the primes and house must be done no later than 10 pm.

To help protect the health and safety of our guests, team members, and visitors, we require the use of face coverings in indoor public spaces (areas) in all areas, pending local regulations. *For those children under the age of two or anyone who has trouble breathing, is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance, face masks are not mandated.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
