Health and Safety Measures

1. Surface Restoration (Lounge & Bar) The focus here is on the premium finishes. The Leather: All booths are wiped down with specialized cleaners to maintain the sheen and remove skin oils or drink splashes. The Bar: A full sanitization of the bar top, stools, and back-bar mirrors. Any rented glassware is put through a high-temp wash to ensure a streak-free finish. Touch Points: Sanitizing every "high-contact" spot, including the coatroom counters and door handles. 2. The 2,000 Sq. Ft. Floor Reset The dance floor is the heart of the space and requires a two-step process: Debris Removal: A thorough sweep or industrial vacuum of the entire floor, including pulling light furniture away from the walls to catch hidden trash. Deep Mop: A wet-mop using a neutral-pH cleaner to remove the "sticky floor" effect common after cocktail events, ensuring the floor is safe and polished for the next day's studio use. 3. The "Vital Amenities" (Washrooms & Coatroom) Sanitization: A heavy-duty disinfect of both washrooms, focusing on floors, toilets, and sinks. Restocking: Ensuring all disposables (hand towels, soaps, liners) are topped up. Ventilation: Clearing the air of any lingering scents from the event to return the space to a neutral, professional environment.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
