Rental of the space includes: rolling white board, LED screen, lounge furniture - couch, chair, coffee table, regular meeting tables, 2 high top tables, kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 2 ovens, outdoor patio, as well as a private restroom that can accommodate one person. Access to a freight elevator is included with your booking and it is ADA accessible. Indoor space is: 1238sq ft Outdoor space is: 600sq ft Dec-Feb has unpredictable weather so do not plan for outdoor bookings during this time frame.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
