The space comfortably accommodates up to 100 seated guests and includes tables and chairs, with additional seating available if needed. Unique amenities include free on-site parking, complimentary black spandex table linens, high-top cocktail tables, and a clean, modern interior suitable for both casual and upscale events. Security cameras are located in common areas and the parking lot for added safety. This space is designed to be welcoming, functional, and easy to transform for any type of celebration or gathering. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space is professionally cleaned before each booking to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for every guest. All tables, chairs, floors, and common areas are sanitized, and restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked. Guests are responsible for general tidying and placing trash in designated bins, leaving the space in the same condition it was found. We provide black spandex table linens that are freshly laundered for each event. This process ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable space for all celebrations and gatherings.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
