Versatile Production Studio & Custom Sound Suite in the South Bay Welcome to a premier creative hub designed for multi-media production, high-end audio recording, and collaborative sessions. Best for Podcasting, filming a music video, hosting a table read, or mixing a podcast, our facility provides the professional infrastructure and flexible layout needed to bring your vision to life. The Layout The Main Studio Floor (37' x 22') The heart of the facility is an expansive, semi-treated open floor with 13’ ceilings, offering a spacious environment for multi-scene productions. A 20’ green, black, and white screen system is currently being integrated to provide a seamless backdrop for photography and cinematography. For easy logistics, the space features a dedicated roll-up door and staging area for efficient load-ins/outs, as well as a designated repair area for on-site adjustments. The Custom-Designed Control Room (15' x 14') This specialized suite is the only custom-designed and professionally sound-treated area of the facility, making it the ideal environment for vocal overdubs, instrument recording, and critical listening. It is fully equipped for post-production and audio creation, featuring: Hardware: i9 PC, Adam S3H professional studio monitors, and an Antelope Orion Studio Synergy Core interface. Software: Pro Tools Studio and a suite of audio creation tools. Instruments: Roland TR rhythmic hardware and MIDI capabilities. The room is versatile enough to serve as a high-end edit suite or a temporary video editing hub for your production. The Front Office & Green Room (14' x 10') This multi-purpose "home base" has a distinct creative vibe, perfect for production meetings, cast holding, or a "green room" for talent. It includes a kitchenette and comfortable seating, ensuring your crew and clients stay refreshed during long bookings. Included Amenities We aim to make your production as seamless as possible by providing high-value essentials at no extra cost: Lighting: A basic 3-light Kino Flo package is included with every rental. Props: Access to a curated selection of production props is available for your use. Accessibility: Ground-floor access with a roll-up door for heavy equipment. Ideal For: Film & Video: Music videos, online course filming, commercial content, and interviews. Audio Production: Podcasting, vocal tracking, post-production mixing, and sound design. Photography: Editorial, fashion, and product shoots. Corporate & Creative: Networking think-tanks, educational workshops, cast table reads, and rehearsals. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
