This is the idea space for a gathering of fun and flexibility. Large open layout with Forer and dining space with plenty of seating and tables. Living room with fireplace and full kitchen on the first floor. The second floor has a beautiful lounge area with additional seating, large television and restroom. Spacous backyard with areas to lounge with tables, chairs, 3 firepits and coolers for cozy evenings. Wi-fi and speakers with microphones with every rental. Large tents and movie screens available for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
