Thanks for your interest in my home! I am an actor/model and am excited to offer my home for your creative endeavors! Curating vintage pieces has been a hobby of mine making for a eclectic mix in a comfortable environment. I'm located close to Shelby Park and the wonderful Frothy Monkey where you will find plenty of off street parking with minimal traffic and a wide street. When you walk in you will see an office area open to the living room and kitchen, down the hall you will find a rest room for your convenience. This is a new construction home with gorgeous wood flooring and a modern kitchen. To add to the vintage feel there is a white denim Rachel Ashwell Shabby Chic Sectional and a lovely vintage kitchen table. Outdoors you will find a stunning landscaped exterior along the sidewalk near the street. The pictures are from the summer when everything was in bloom. There is also an outdoor patio that’s covered and has string lights. There is plenty of furniture and space in the yard to film. I’ve also curated vintage items and come spring, it will be filled with plants!
