A dedicated break room is available and includes a table with four chairs and kitchen cabinets, making it convenient for longer work sessions or team meetings. The building features two newly remodeled restrooms, separate for men and women, located in common areas outside the office. The surrounding environment is quiet and well-maintained, with professional neighboring tenants. Parking is convenient, with on-site parking available for up to 32 vehicles, as well as free street parking along the side street if needed. The location also offers easy access to the 10 Freeway, making it easily accessible for guests coming from surrounding areas. This space is best suited for professional use, including meetings, interviews, coaching sessions, and small workshops. Parties, loud events, and non-business use are not permitted.

The office is professionally cleaned and prepared before each booking to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. All desks, tables, chairs, and frequently touched surfaces are wiped down and sanitized prior to each reservation. Floors are vacuumed or mopped as needed, and trash is removed after every use. The break room and restrooms are cleaned and restocked regularly, including sanitizing countertops, sinks, and common touchpoints. Supplies such as paper towels and soap are maintained for guest use. Guests are asked to leave the space in the condition it was found and dispose of any trash in the provided bins. Additional cleaning may be performed between bookings as needed to maintain cleanliness standards.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
