Please note: All bookings are structured as event packages rather than traditional hourly rentals. Pricing is based on the event day and rental block, not on the number of guests attending. Rental packages include extended access time for setup, celebration, and breakdown. Saturday promotional pricing currently includes up to 12 hours of venue access for reservations confirmed by December 2026. Future Saturday and Sunday reservations may return to standard 10-hour event blocks. As part of our current promotional offerings through December 2026, guests are welcome to bring their own vendors and catering teams. The Social Atelier is perfect for celebrations, corporate events, and creative gatherings, including weddings, quinceañeras, baby showers, birthdays, graduations, baptisms, religious functions, fundraisers, holiday parties, office parties, engagement celebrations, anniversaries, cultural events (Mehndi/Sangeet), proms, and private events. It’s also a great fit for modern and creative experiences such as art shows, pop-up events, brand launches, content creation, networking mixers, workshops, panels, live performances, photo shoots, fashion showcases, and community events. The venue features a large open main room with a smooth event flow, including a guest entrance, DJ/entertainment area, catering zone, warming kitchen, and separate vendor access doors, ideal for both seated events and receptions. Enjoy private parking, a beautiful lake view, and an easy-to-reach location near NC-98 and US-1, just minutes from Wegmans and Lidl, with a vendor-friendly setup designed for seamless catering and service. Venue viewings and tours are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and weekends by appointment only.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
