All linens and towels removed immediately. We do not "skip" decorative shams or throw blankets—everything that could have touched a guest is laundered. Windows and doors are opened (weather permitting) to exchange the air while cleaning. Dishwashers are emptied, filters cleaned, and stainless steel polished. All "Chef’s Kitchen" inventory (pots, pans, utensils) is inspected for grease. All high-touch surfaces (fridge handles, microwave buttons, coffee station) are disinfected with hospital-grade, eco-friendly cleaners. Sofas are vacuumed (including under cushions) and leather surfaces are wiped down. Patio furniture is wiped down and rearranged to the "Master Layout." All pool towels are replenished. We ensure the home smells fresh and neutral—never like heavy chemicals or old food.
