The BelRed Arts Studio is a creative venue in the heart of the BelRed Arts District, laying host to a variety of resident artists whose works adorn the space. The central common area to the studio can accommodate a variety of events, including arts classes (painting, drawing, sculpting, etc.), musical workshops, and other cultural programming. Though creative events are prioritized, more general events such as parties and celebrations are welcome. The space includes access to multiple bathrooms and a kitchenette with counters, a fridge, microwave, and electric kettle. Available amenities include six-foot tables, chairs, monitor & projector, PA system (for an additional fee), and a projector/screen. Steps away from the BelRed light rail station, this space is abundantly accessible, with amble parking onsite and nearby at the station's park and ride lot. The building in which the studio is located is shared by other creatives including a band rehearsal space and a drum supply shop. The surrounding, burgeoning arts district is being filled out with new murals and pieces of public art being added with each passing year, with new housing and retail spaces actively forming the district around this venue.
