About Jica Studios

Jica Studios is a versatile, ground floor space artfully curated by Jica Interiors. Perfect for meetings, pop-ups, shoots, creative activations, launches and more, our 2,500 square foot space can be tailored to your vision. The space can be rented completely vacant or fully furnished. You'll have access to our full inventory of soft seating, bespoke 8' tables + benches, art, chairs, kitchen amenities, private bathroom and space for up to 120 guests. ⸻ The Space and Furniture Jica Studios feature south-facing light, bespoke furniture and a working mid-century fireplace. Capacity - Up to 120 guests for standing, cocktail-style events - 24+ guests for seated dinners, meetings or workshops Included Furnishings - Three 8' dining tables - Six matching dining benches - Four sculptural lounge chairs - Resin coffee table - Large wool area rug - Two vintage lounge chairs - Vintage cabinet - Kitchenette with double sink, refrigerator, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. We want you to walk into a space that feels fresh, cared for, and ready for your event. Before every booking, we complete a full reset in line with Peerspace’s cleaning standards. Our cleaning fee covers this thorough preparation and standard upkeep between bookings. We ask that you treat the space with care! If anything doesn’t feel right upon arrival, please document it and let us know so we can make it right.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
