About the Space
We offer a large open public courtyard venue with ample space and a large performance stage. (Stage is add-on expense.) The courtyard is centrally located within our business plaza, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafés that are available to cater events, provide customized menu options, or offer special promotions for attendees. This convenient setup allows guests to enjoy a full experience — from dining and refreshments to entertainment — all within one vibrant setting. Our venue has proudly served as a dynamic gathering space for a wide range of community events. Over the years, we have hosted well-attended classic and specialty car shows, drawing enthusiasts and families alike; lively night markets featuring artisan vendors, food stalls, and cultural performances; and farmers markets that connect local growers and small businesses directly with the community. We have also welcomed cosplay meetups and anime fan club events, creating an inclusive space for creative expression, themed activities, and fan engagement. In addition, the courtyard regularly serves as a stage for live performances, including local bands, cultural dance groups, seasonal celebrations, and holiday showcases. Our mission is to foster a welcoming, multi-generational community hub. We intentionally curate programming that appeals to all ages — from kid-friendly concerts and recitals, interactive family events, and seasonal festivals, to wellness activities such as senior tai-chi and dance classes that promote health, connection, and active lifestyles. The courtyard is more than just an open space — it is a place where neighbors gather, local businesses thrive, and memorable experiences are created year-round. There are seven patio sets for table/seating use. Any additional furniture will need to be rented upon approval before booking. There is ample parking in the parking lot and structure. The space is public so it is open to foot traffic for business patrons. It is not a private space for closed-off events.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
